虚拟集聚与地理集聚的互动耦合对区域创新能力的影响研究——基于知识流动视角

摘　　要：数字经济时代下,基于网络的虚拟集聚已成为新型的产业空间组织方式,其与传统地理空间集聚的互动耦合日益深化,对于拓展产业集聚效应、增强区域创新能力具有重要作用。本文基于知识流动视角,采用2008~2022年中国30个省(区、市)面板数据进行实证检验。研究发现:虚拟集聚与地理集聚的互动耦合能够显著提升区域创新能力,且知识流动在其中发挥了部分中介作用;异质性分析表明,虚拟集聚与地理集聚的互动耦合对区域创新能力的影响存在显著的区域差异,在东部地区这一影响效应显著为正,在中部地区虽然为正,但并不显著,在西部地区显著为负。据此,提出加快布局新型数字基础设施,促进虚拟集聚与地理集聚互动耦合,依托工业互联网、产业创新联盟、柔性引才等举措促进知识流动,不断释放区域创新体系整体效能,增强区域创新能力。In the era of digital economy,virtual agglomeration based on the network has become a new form of industrial spatial organization.Its interaction and coupling with traditional geographical spatial agglomeration are deepening increasingly,which plays an important role in expanding the agglomeration effect of industries and enhancing regional innovation capabilities.Based on the perspective of knowledge flow,this paper conducts an empirical test using the panel data of 30 provinces,regions and municipalities in China from 2008 to 2022.The results show that the interactive coupling of virtual agglomeration and geographic agglomeration can significantly improve regional innovation ability,and knowledge flow plays a part of mediating role.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the interactive coupling of virtual agglomeration and geographic agglomeration has a significant regional difference on regional innovation ability,which is significantly positive in eastern region,positive but not significant in central region,and significantly negative in western region.Therefore,it is proposed to accelerate the layout of new digital infrastructure,promote the interaction between virtual agglomeration and geographic agglomeration,promote knowledge flow by relying on industrial internet,industrial innovation alliance,flexible talent introduction and other measures,constantly release the overall efficiency of regional innovation system,and enhance regional innovation capacity.
