摘　　要：为进一步促进区域经济平衡发展,本文以2016~2023年我国31个省(区、市)为研究对象,开展创新能力水平与区域经济平衡发展的关系实证研究。结果表明,创新能力水平显著促进了区域经济平衡发展,且在1%显著水平上显著;东、中、西部不同区域创新能力发展水平与区域经济平衡发展的关系存在空间异质性;在经济发达的东部地区,创新能力水平与区域经济平衡发展之间通过显著性检验,创新能力水平提高并不能显著带动当地经济发展;在经济相对欠发达的中西部地区,创新能力水平与区域经济平衡发展之间具有显著的正相关性,随着创新能力的提高,可以显著促进当地经济发展,从而缓解我国区域经济不平衡现象。在此基础上,为进一步促进区域经济平衡发展,缩小不同区域之间收入差距,提出发挥创新能力水平对区域经济平衡发展的正面促进作用;因地制宜制定工业产业创新发展政策;优化基础设施建设,提高区域创新体系能力等建议。In order to further promote the balanced development of regional economy,an empirical study on the relationship between innovation capacity and balanced development of regional economy was carried out in 31 provinces and autonomous regions of China from 2016 to 2023.Specifically,the balanced development level of regional economy was selected as the explained variable,the level of regional innovation ability as the core explanatory variable,and the level of government support,foreign capital support and financial development as the control variable.Through multicollinearity test,panel regression analysis,robustness test and heterogeneity analysis,the relationship between the level of innovation ability and the balanced development of regional economy was verified.The results show that the level of innovation ability significantly promotes the balanced development of regional economy,and it is significant at 1%significance level;There is spatial heterogeneity in the relationship between the development level of innovation capability and the balanced development of regional economy in eastern,central and western regions.In the economically developed eastern region,the level of innovation ability passes the significance test between the level of innovation ability and the balanced development of regional economy,and the improvement of innovation ability can not significantly promote the local economic development;In the relatively underdeveloped central and western regions,there is a significant positive correlation between the level of innovation ability and the balanced development of regional economy,with the improvement of innovation ability,it can significantly promote the local economic development,so as to alleviate regional economic imbalance in our country.On this basis,in order to further promote the balanced development of regional economy and narrow the income gap between different regions,it is proposed that the level of innovation ability can play a positive role in promoting the balanced development of
