摘 要:为了促进学生身心健康发展,朋辈心理辅导融入新时代高校心理健康教育的价值意蕴是面向全校,把校园文化、积极心理品质、问题解决能力、情绪体验和行为实践结合起来,发挥围绕“立德树人”的根本任务推动学生心理健康工作提质增效。从高校心理健康教育工作的现实困境出发,根据具身心智观,提出“多元化内容建构、情境化教育熏陶、系统化队伍建设”的朋辈心理辅导育人的实践路径,积极探索高校心理健康教育的实效性和深刻性。In order to promote the all-round development of students'physical and mental health,the value implication of peer counseling into mental health education in the new era is to combine campus culture accomplishment,positive psychological quality,problem-solving ability,emotional experience and behavioral practice,and play the fundamental task around"virtue cultivation and talent development"to promote the quality and efficiency of students'mental health education.Starting from the practical dilemma of mental health education in colleges and universities,and based on embodied mind theory,we build the practice path of peer counseling education on"diversified content construction,contextualized education edification,and systematic team building",to explore the effectiveness and depth of mental health education in colleges and universities.
