场景创新视角下佛山城市更新对策研究  

Research on Urban Renewal Strategies in Foshan from the Perspective of Scene Innovation

摘　　要：响应城市更新人本导向、文经融合的国家战略部署,为解决佛山城市更新存在“价值不新、路径不明、内容不顺、应用不畅”的问题,以场景创新为视角,针对价值不新,活化芝加哥学派“真实性、合法性、戏剧性”为真善美三重价值引领;针对路径不明,设计“需求识别→场景构建→多元表达”场景路径;针对内容不顺,规划“物理空间、精神空间、机制空间”场景内容;针对应用不畅,实践“主场景‘心’融汇、全场景‘更’升维、微场景‘一’链接”3种18式场景应用,以期提升佛山服务品质和城市品味,打造佛山践行人文经济学可复制、可借鉴的新样本,走内涵集约式发展新路子。According to the national strategic deployment of humanistic orientation and cultural and economic integration in urban renewal,the current urban renewal in Foshan faces problems such as old value,unclear path,unsmooth content,and poor application.Therefore,scene innovation is selected as the mediating variable.In response to unclear value,the Chicago School’s“authenticity,legitimacy,and drama”are extracted to create a scene that leads the values of truth,goodness,and beauty;Design a scenario path of“requirement identification→scene construction→multiple expressions”for unclear paths;Plan the scene content of“physical space,spiritual space,and mechanism space”in response to content irregularities;In response to the lack of smooth application,we have implemented three 18 style scenario applications:“main scene‘heart’integration,full scene‘upgrade’,and micro scene‘one’link”,aiming to improve the service quality and urban taste of Foshan,create a new sample for Foshan to practice humanities and economics that can be replicated and referenced,and take a new path of intensive development with connotation.
