摘 要:针对传统灼烧法测量纸张灰分存在耗时长、步骤繁琐、人为误差大等问题,该文基于STM32研究纸张灰分测量。首先,以X射线管为放射源,电离室为探测器,对纸张样本进行测量;之后,针对温度影响灰分测量进行详细研究,通过温度传感器实时监测测量过程中的气隙温度变化,建立了X射线管及其测量域的热仿真模型,提出了温度补偿公式;最后,结合实时温度数据对灰分进行优化补偿,验证补偿效果。实验结果显示,经过温度补偿后X射线法测得的纸张灰分误差更低,均小于1%,测量的可靠性和准确性显著提高。Aiming at the traditional burning method to measure the ash content of paper,there are long time-consuming,cumbersome steps,human error problems,this paper is based on STM32 to study the measurement of paper ash content.First of all,the X-ray tube as a radioactive source,the ionisation chamber as a detector,the paper samples are measured.After that,a detailed study of the impact of temperature on the measurement of ash,real-time monitoring of the temperature change of the air gap in the measurement process through the temperature sensor,the establishment of the X-ray tube and its measurement domain of the thermal simulation model,proposed the temperature compensation formula.Finally,combined with the real-time temperature data on the ash to optimise the compensation,to validate the compensation effect.The experimental results show that after the temperature compensation,the error of paper ash measured by X-ray method is lower than 1%,and the reliability and accuracy of the measurement are significantly improved.
