摘 要:针对煤矿井下岩巷风速检测精度不高和现有检测仪器在低风速条件下的局限性,研究了基于热球检测原理和超声波时差法的风速检测方法。在模拟风洞和实际环境中对机械式、热球式和超声波风速仪进行对比实验,分析了各方法在不同风速范围内的效果。结果表明,热球法在低风速下效果最佳,超声波法在高风速下更优,两者均具有高灵敏度、低误差和良好稳定性。结合热球和超声波检测原理的技术实现了高精度风速检测,为矿井安全提供新的方法和思路。Aiming at the low accuracy of wind speed detection in rocky tunnel of underground coal mine and the limitation of existing detection instruments under low wind speed conditions,this paper investigates the wind speed detection methods based on hot ball detection principle and ultrasonic time difference method.Comparative experiments of mechanical,thermal ball and ultrasonic anemometers are carried out in simulated wind tunnels and actual environments to analyze the effects of each method in different wind speed ranges.The results show that the thermal ball method is most effective at low wind speeds and the ultrasonic method is better at high wind speeds,both of which have high sensitivity,low error and good stability.The technology combining the principles of hot ball and ultrasonic detection realizes high-precision wind speed detection and provides new methods and ideas for mine safety.
