摘  要:针对已有系统存在的刀闸故障检测精度较低、控制子系统响应时间过长等问题,提出基于一键顺控的智能变电站刀闸故障自动化检测系统设计研究。系统硬件主要包括传感器单元与控制器单元;系统软件主要包括传感器数据处理模块、刀闸故障自动化检测模块与刀闸一键顺控程序化操作流程制定模块。通过硬件与软件协同作业,实现了刀闸故障的自动化检测。测试结果显示,设计系统应用后获得的刀闸状态检测结果与模拟刀闸状态相同,控制子系统响应时间最小值为0.5 s。Aiming at the problems of low accuracy of tool brake fault detection and long response time of control subsystem in existing systems,a design and research of automatic tool brake fault detection system of intelligent substation based on one-key sequential control is proposed.The system hardware mainly includes sensor unit and controller unit.The system software mainly includes the sensor data processing module,the tool brake fault automatic detection module and the tool brake one-key sequential control program operation flow formulation module.Through the cooperation of hardware and software,the automatic detection of tool brake fault is realized.The test results show that the test results obtained after the application of the design system are the same as that of the simulated tool state,and the minimum response time of the control subsystem is 0.5 s.
