论纪检监察学自主知识体系的建构

摘　　要：纪检监察学是一门新兴学科,因其形成基础的特殊性,具有天然的中国特色。纪检监察学科的建设过程本身就是纪检监察学自主知识体系的建构过程,“自主性”是由其学科特点决定的。就纪检监察学自主知识体系的建构基础而言,需要解决其定位问题,从而明确自主知识体系建构的基本出发点和总体要求,其中需要处理好自主知识体系与学科体系、学术体系、话语体系等相近概念的关系,并遵循纪检监察知识全覆盖、模块化、衔接性要求。就纪检监察学自主知识体系的建构目标而言,需要全面梳理纪检监察的知识内容,形成逻辑关系清晰的知识分类及其有机整体,其中应当包括纪检监察理论、纪检监察体制、纪检监察法规、纪检监察政策四大类型的知识内容,从而充分体现纪检监察的理论性知识和经验性知识。Discipline inspection and supervision studies is an emerging discipline with natural Chinese characteristics due to the particularity of its formation basis.The construction of the discipline itself is the process of building the independent knowledge system of discipline inspection and supervision studies,with its autonomy determined by the characteristics of the subject itself.In terms of the foundation for constructing an independent knowledge system of discipline inspection and supervision studies,it is necessary to address the issue of its positioning,thereby clarifying the basic point and overall requirements for constructing such a system.This involves properly handling the relationships between the independent knowledge system and related concepts such as discipline systems,academic systems and discourse systems,while adhering to the requirements of comprehensive coverage,modularization,and coherence in discipline inspection and supervision knowledge.In terms of the objectives for constructing an independent knowledge system in discipline inspection and supervision studies,it is necessary to comprehensively sort through the content of discipline inspection and supervision knowledge,forming a clearly logically structured classification of knowledge and its organic whole.This should encompass four primary types of knowledge content:discipline inspection and supervision theory,discipline inspection and supervision system,discipline inspection and supervision regulations and discipline inspection and supervision policies,these will reflect both theoretical and empirical knowledge in the field of discipline inspection and supervision.
