摘　　要：共同富裕是中国式现代化的重要特征与根本目标,是新时代国家治理的重要内容与实践议题。共同富裕具有高度发达的特质和公平正义的属性,与社会财富生产、收入分配密切相关。在当代中国推进共同富裕的治理场域中,市场、政府、社会分配是收入分配的三种方式,各有其作用机制和效能限度。要实现三次收入分配方式的协同,就必须在中国共产党领导下构建“有效市场”“有为政府”“有爱社会”协同治理机制,充分发挥市场在资源配置中的决定性作用,更好地发挥政府作用以及社会机制的调节作用。政党引领与市场、政府、社会三次分配协同治理的有机统一,可以作为探寻在中国式现代化进程中推进共同富裕的一个全新的分析视角。Common prosperity is an important feature and fundamental goal of Chinese path to modernization,and it is a significant content and practical issue of national governance in the new era.Common prosperity possesses highly developed characteristics and attributes of fairness and justice,and it is closely related to the production of social wealth and income distribution.In contemporary China's governance domain for promoting common prosperity,market,government,and social allocation are the three ways of income distribution,each with its own mechanism of action and limitations in effectiveness.To achieve the synergy of the three income distribution methods,it is necessary to establish a coordinated governance mechanism of efficient market,proactive government,and caring society under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,fully leveraging the decisive role of the market in resource allocation,and better exerting the role of the government as well as the regulatory function of social mechanisms.The organic unity of political party leadership and the synergistic governance of market,government,and society in the three rounds of income distribution can serve as a novel analytical perspective for exploring the promotion of common prosperity in the process of Chinese path to modernization.
