摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加快和数字技术的迅速发展,数据要素配置日益成为驱动城市经济韧性的重要因素。从组态视角看,数据要素配置对城市经济韧性的影响表现出多元性。虽然数据的开发利用、管理、传播以及应用环境并不是产生城市经济韧性的必要条件,但在经济生产、流通和应用过程中,数据要素仍然能够对城市经济韧性产生广泛影响。数据要素配置的方式通过创新和治理的驱动,形成了推动城市经济韧性的多元模式,这些模式包括数据创新市场驱动、数据社会治理驱动、数据技术治理驱动和数据要素治理驱动四种类型。其中,治理驱动被认为是提升城市经济韧性的主要有效措施,也是数据要素市场化配置的重要发展方向。因此,优化数据要素配置对推动城市经济韧性的发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。With the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid development of digital technologies,the configuration of data elements has increasingly become a vital factor in driving urban economic resilience.From a configurational perspective,the impact of data element configuration on urban economic resilience exhibits diversity.Research indicates that while the development,management,dissemination,and application environment of data are not necessary conditions for generating urban economic resilience,data elements can still exert a broad influence on urban economic resilience during the processes of economic production,circulation,and application.The ways in which data elements are configured,driven by innovation and governance,form various models that promote urban economic resilience.These models include four types:market-driven data innovation,socially governed data,technology-governed data,and governance-driven data elements.Among these,governance-driven approaches are considered the most effective measures for enhancing urban economic resilience and represent an important development direction for the market-oriented configuration of data elements.Therefore,optimizing data element configuration is of significant theoretical and practical importance for advancing urban economic resilience.
