全媒体时代主流媒体系统性变革的理论供给与实践路径探究

摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会把“推进主流媒体系统性变革”作为进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的一项重要部署和重大战略,这是党和人民赋予主流媒体的一项神圣使命与社会职责。全媒体时代,主流媒体全面推动系统性变革,必须在马克思主义系统性理论、“技术—组织—环境”理论、媒体融合发展理论等相关理论的支撑下,在关注社会多维诉求的情势下,依据现实需要和可行性对主流媒体的系统性变革路径进行全方位的探索。全媒体时代主流媒体系统性变革的诉求来自现实的多维压力,主流媒体系统性变革的动力就是来自顶层设计与国家层面的政策资源,而主流媒体系统性变革的路径则是主流媒体在压力和动力的双重驱动与作用下进行系统性变革的具体举措和有效方法。The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has designated promoting the systematic transformation of mainstream media as a crucial deployment and major strategy for further deepening comprehensive reforms and advancing Chinese path to modernization.This represents a sacred mission and social responsibility entrusted to mainstream media by the Party and the people.In the era of omnimedia,to comprehensively promote systematic transformation,mainstream media must rely on relevant theories such as Marxist systemic theory,technology-organization-environment theory,and media convergence development theory.Amidst the consideration of multifaceted societal demands,a comprehensive exploration of the pathways for systematic transformation of mainstream media should be conducted based on practical needs and feasibility.The impetus for the systematic transformation of mainstream media in the omnimedia era stems from multifaceted pressures in reality.The driving force behind this transformation lies in top-down design and policy resources at the national level.The pathways for systematic transformation refer to the specific measures and primary methods adopted by mainstream media under the dual drive and influence of pressure and motivation.
