摘　　要：网络化时代,高校教学管理信息体系能够在短时间为学生提供丰富的教学资料,有助于提升教学资源的实际利用率,并提高教学管理的科学化和规范化水平,期建设具有重要意义。当前高校教学管理信息体系建设存在诸多现实困境,体现为缺乏对教学管理信息体系建设的深入认识、教学管理信息体系建设的顶层设计不足、教学管理信息体系建设主体积极性不足。据此,试从更新教育理念、深刻理解教学管理信息体系建设内涵,强化顶层设计、实现各部门信息数据之间的有效联动,完善发展机制、促进信息体系建设多元主体协同发展三个方面,提出高校教学管理信息体系建设的创新策略。In the network era,the construction of teaching management information system in colleges and universities is of great significance.It can provide students with rich teaching materials in a short time,help to improve the actual utilization rate of teaching resources,and improve the scientific and standardized level of teaching management.At present,there are many practical difficulties in the construction of teaching management information system in colleges and universities,which are reflected in the lack of in-depth understanding of the construction of teaching management information system,the lack of top-level design of teaching management information system construction,and the lack of enthusiasm of the subject of teaching management information system construction.Accordingly,the innovative strategy of the construction of the teaching management information system in universities from the aspects of the updating of the idea of the education and promoting the construction of the information system.
