大学生手机成瘾对生命意义感的影响:人际适应和心理弹性的链式中介作用

摘　　要：为探究大学生手机成瘾对生命意义感的影响以及人际适应能力和心理弹性在其中的链式中介作用,采用大学生手机成瘾倾向量表、人际适应量表、心理弹性量表、生命意义感量表对715名大学生进行调查。结果发现手机成瘾与心理弹性、人际适应、生命意义感之间显著负相关;人际适应和心理弹性在手机成瘾与生命意义感之间起到链式中介作用,从而丰富了大学生生命意义感领域的研究成果,为预防和干预大学生生命意义感验证了相关理论。To explore the impact of smartphone addiction among college students on their sense of life′s meaning and the chain-mediated role of interpersonal adaptability and psychological resilience in this relationship,a survey was conducted among 715 college students using the Smartphone Addiction Tendency Scale,Interpersonal Adaptability Scale,Psychological Resilience Scale,and Sense of Life′s Meaning Scale.The results show that smartphone addiction showed a significant negative correlation with psychological resilience,interpersonal adaptability,and sense of life′s meaning;interpersonal adaptability and psychological resilience play a chain-mediated role between smartphone addiction and sense of life′s meaning.This study enriches the research results in the field of college students′sense of life meaning and validates relevant theories for preventing and intervening college students′sense of life meaning.
