摘  要:电磁式磨粒检测传感器已逐渐应用于机械装备磨损状态监测与评估领域,但检测灵敏度与大流量间的矛盾仍是阻碍该类传感器在大型机械装备中应用的主要原因。为同时保障传感器具有较大的允许流量以及较高的检测灵敏度,提出了基于高频偏置磁场的多通道磨粒检测传感器结构原理,并建立了传感器磁特性模型,研究了不同结构参数、不同电流和频率对传感器性能的影响特性,探究了高频偏置磁场对磨损颗粒的影响。仿真和实验表明:传感器在磁铁厚度为8 mm、外径为40 mm、磁铁间距趋于0时检测灵敏度最高,此时,传感器最高可有效检测到直径最小为60μm的磨粒,且多通道传感器结构的设计明显提高了传感器的最大允许流量。Electromagnetic wear debris detection sensor is gradually applied in the field of wear monitoring and evaluation of mechanical equipment.However,the contradiction between detection sensitivity and large flow rate still hinders the applications of such sensors for large-scale mechanical equipment.In order to ensure a larger allowable flow rate of the sensor and higher detection sensitivity simultaneously,a multi-channel wear debris detection sensor based on a high-frequency bias magnetic field was proposed.The magnetic characteristic model of the sensor was established,and the influence characteristics of different structural parameters,current values,and frequencies on the sensor performance were studied.The effect of the high-frequency bias magnetic field on the wear debris was investigated.Simulation and experiments results demonstrate that when the magnet thickness of the sensor is 8 mm,the outer diameter is 40 mm,and the magnet spacing tends to 0,the detection sensitivity of the sensor is the highest.The proposed sensor can effectively detect wear debris with a minimum diameter of 60μm,and the design of the multi-channel sensor structure significantly improves the maximum allowable flow rate of the sensor.
