摘 要:力传感器能测量外部的作用力分量,常被用于力反馈控制或受力状态监测。采样频率是数据采集系统的重要参数,对力传感器的动态响应能力有重要影响。与主流的应变片式力传感器相比,现有电容式力传感器数据采集系统的采样频率普遍较低,为了弥补这一缺陷,设计了一套基于PCAP02的电容式力传感器高速数据采集系统。该系统下位机使用STM32F103C8T6芯片控制各模块的协同工作,利用PCAP02芯片实现电容信号的模数转换,采用以太网通信与上位机传输数据。经测试,该系统采样频率最高达5 kHz。实验数据表明:在进行软件滤波处理后,采样数据的稳定性明显提升;选择传感器F z方向进行验证实验,测得Ⅰ类误差最大为0.23%,证明该采集系统方案可行并具有较高的测量精度。Force sensors can measure external forces,and are used in force feedback control or force state monitoring.The sampling frequency is an important parameter in data acquisition system and has an important impact on the dynamic response ability of the force sensor.Compared with the mainstream strain gauge force sensors,the sampling frequency of the existing capacitive force sensors is generally lower.In order to make up for this defect,a high-speed data acquisition system for capacitive force sensors based on PCAP02 was designed.The lower computer used the STM32F103C8T6 to control each module,and used the PCAP02 chip to realize the analog-to-digital conversion of capacitance signals.Ethernet was used to transmit data to the upper compu-ter.Through testing,the sampling frequency of the system is up to 5 kHz.The experimental data shows that the stability of the sampled data is obviously improved after software filtering.And the class I error of the F z direction of the sensor is 0.23%,which proves that the acquisition system is feasible and has high measurement accuracy.
