摘 要:为了提高直升机瞬变电磁(HTEM)系统的发射频带宽度,基于LC串联谐振原理和高压钳位技术,提出了一种新型组合波脉冲电流源。给出了脉冲电流源的时序控制方法,并对电路模态及参数计算过程进行了详细分析。所提脉冲电流源直接由直升机机载电源驱动,具有简单可靠、高效节能的特点。搭建实验样机并进行测试,实验结果表明:半正弦波的峰值电流达到890 A;而梯形波的峰值电流为50 A,下降沿时间仅为67μs。该电流源实现了在半个发射周期内先后发射高幅值半正弦波和快关断梯形波,有助于提高HTEM系统的探测深度与浅部分辨率,在航空电磁探测领域具有广阔应用前景。To enhance the transmission bandwidth of the helicopter transient electromagnetic(HTEM)system,a novel multi-pulsed current source based on LC series resonant and high-voltage clamping was presented in this paper.The method of time-sequenced control of pulse current souse was given,and the operating modes and the process of circuit parameters calculation were analyzed in detail.The pulsed current source was directly powered by the voltage source of the helicopter,exhibiting characteristics with respect to reliability and energy efficiency.The experimental prototype was constructed and tested.The experiment results show that the peak current of half sine wave reaches 890 A.The peak current of trapezoidal wave is 50 A,and the falling edge time is only 67μs.The current source realizes the generation of a high-amplitude half-sine wave and a fast-off trapezoidal wave within half a transmit cycle,which contributes to improve the detection depth of the HTEM system and discriminability of the shallow.It has wide application potential in HTEM detection.
