摘  要:为应对大科学装置中电磁干扰问题并确保信号传输的高精度,同时优化单通道隔离系统中硬件资源占用过多的现状,设计了一种多通道模拟信号隔离传输系统设计方案。该方案在发送端采用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)控制,实现多路模拟信号进行模数转换(A/D)以及串并转换。在数据封装阶段,利用FIFO实现位宽调整及跨时钟域处理,采用8B/10B数据编码确保信息的完整性和传输效率,利用GTX端口与光电信号转换模块,将封装后的数据通过光纤实现高速传输。接收端的FPGA控制完成数据解码、数据解析和数模转换(D/A),将多路模拟信号还原。经过验证,该系统的模拟带宽可达15 kHz,系统总体时延为25μs,通道间信号延迟低,系统工作稳定,符合要求。In order to cope with the electromagnetic interference problem in large scientific devices and to ensure the high accuracy of signal transmission,as well as to optimize the current situation of excessive hardware resource occupation in single-channel isolation system,a design scheme of multi-channel analog signal isolation transmission system was designed.This scheme used field programmable gate array(FPGA)control at the transmitter side to achieve analogue-to-digital(A/D)conversion and serial-to-parallel conversion.and in the data encapsulation stage,FIFO was used to realize the bit width adjustment and the cross-clock domain processing,and then 8B/10B data encoding processing was applied to ensure the integrity of the information and the efficiency of the transmission,and finally,the GTX transmitter port was used with an optoelectronic signal conversion module to realize high-speed transmission of the encapsulated data through optical fiber.The FPGA control at the receiving end completed the data decoding,data parsing,and digital-to-analog conversion,and the multi-channel analog signals were restored.After the verification of the system,the analog bandwidth of the system is 15 kHz,the overall delay of the system is 25μs,the delay between the channel signals is low,and the system works stably and meets the requirements.
