摘  要:为准确测量电力变压器铁心剩磁并进行退磁,设计了一种以数字信号处理器(DSP)为核心的变压器铁心剩磁测量与退磁系统。该系统的剩磁测量部分基于暂态电流法,利用D/A转换器和功率放大器对变压器绕组施加正反向直流电压激励,通过A/D转换器采集回路中的暂态电流,利用剩磁和暂态电流所对应电荷量的关系实现剩磁的间接计算。利用DSP进行数据处理、暂态电流波形拟合、电荷量计算和剩磁计算。根据测量结果,基于直流退磁法进行退磁。实验结果表明:该系统能准确测量剩磁并进行退磁,测量相对误差控制在5%以内,退磁后的剩磁控制在0.1 T以内。To accurately measure residual flux in power transformer cores and demagnetization,a transformer core residual flux measurement and demagnetization system based on a digital signal processor(DSP)was designed and implemented.The residual flux measurement part of the system was based on the transient current method,using a D/A converter and power amplifier to apply forward and reverse DC voltage excitation to the transformer winding.The transient current in the circuit was collected through an A/D converter,and the residual flux was indirectly calculated based on the relationship between residual flux and the corresponding charge amount of transient current.DSP performed data processing,transient current waveform fitting,charge calculation and residual flux calculation.According to the measurement results,demagnetization was carried out based on the DC demagnetization method.The experimental results show that the system can accurately measure residual flux and demagnetization,with measurement errors controlled within 5%,and residual flux after demagnetization controlled within 0.1 T.
