摘  要:压力传感器的寿命检测存在操作繁琐、受人工操作影响大的问题,对此,设计了压力传感器寿命试验系统。系统以PLC作为中央控制器,使用双定时器生成脉冲信号,搭配比例阀、电磁阀和压力传感器生成参数可调的脉冲压力,使用SCPI指令实现压力检测与数据记录,并基于Portal环境设计了上位机界面。搭建了试验系统柜,对一组压力传感器进行了寿命检测。试验结果显示:该系统可实现寿命试验的全过程自动化检测,相对于传统试验方法效率更高,受人工操作影响更小。The life test system of pressure sensor was designed for the problems of tedious operation and big influence of manual operation in pressure sensor life test.With PLC as the central controller,the system used dual timers to generate pulse signals,and used proportional valves,solenoid valves and pressure sensors to generate pressure pulses with adjustable parameters.SCPI commands were used to realize pressure detection and data recording.The upper computer interface was designed based on Portal software.A test system cabinet was built to test the life of a group of pressure sensors.The test results show that the system can realize the automation test of the whole process of life test,which is more efficient and less affected by manual operation than the traditional test method.
