摘　　要：为实现工业管道气液运输的非接触式流量测量。文中基于热扩散原理设计了一套非接触式恒功率热式流量测量系统。分析了热式流量计测量原理;分别构建以空气和水为被测流体的流固耦合传热仿真模型,分析质量流量与温差之间的对应关系;搭建空气和水循环输送平台,安装流量测试系统,对测量原理及仿真模型进行试验验证。试验结果表明:采用恒功率热式流量测量系统对于质量流量测量误差小,能够达到无接触、稳定测量流体质量流量的要求。To achieve non-contact flow measurement in industrial pipeline gas-liquid transportation,a non-contact constant power heating flow measurement system was designed based on the principle of thermal diffusion.The measurement principle of the thermal flowmeter was analyzed.Fluid-solid coupling heat transfer simulation models were constructed for air and water as the measured fluids,and the relationship between mass flow and temperature difference was analyzed.An air and water circulation platform was set up,and the flow measurement system was installed to experimentally verify the measurement principle and simulation model.The experimental results show that the constant power heating flow measurement system has a small measurement error for mass flow,meeting the requirements for non-contact and stable measurement of fluid mass flow.
