摘  要:针对压力传感器原位动态校准及批量校准需求,提出基于管风洞的压力传感器动态校准方法,将多个被校准压力传感器安装于管风洞试验舱皮托耙上,将波后总压作为标准阶跃压力给定,获取上升时间、动态灵敏度、谐振频率及工作频带等时频域动态特性指标并进行不确定度的评定,有效克服了传统激波管动态压力校准中安装阶差对校准结果的影响,实现了动态压力传感器的原位校准与批量校准,显著提高了校准效率。Aiming at the requirements of in-situ dynamic cali bration and batch calibration of pressure sensors,a dynamic calibration method for pressure sensors based on tube wind tunnels was proposed.Multiple calibrated pressure sensors were installed on the pitot rake of the tube wind tunnel test chamber,and the total pressure behind the wave was used as the given standard step pressure to obtain time-frequency domain dynamic characteristic indicators such as rise time,dynamic sensitivity,resonant frequency,and working frequency band,and to evaluate the uncertainty.This method effectively overcomes the influence of installation order difference on the calibration results in traditional shock tube dynamic pressure calibration,achieves in-situ and batch calibration of dynamic pressure sensors,and significantly improves calibration efficiency.
