摘  要:六价铬Cr(Ⅵ)是工业废水中的一种有毒重金属,对环境和人类健康构成严重威胁。利用枣树枝和FeSO 4·7H 2O制备磁性生物炭复合材料(MBC),有效去除水中的六价铬Cr(Ⅵ)。通过多种表征技术,研究了pH值、反应时间和干扰离子对MBC去除Cr(Ⅵ)性能的影响。在pH=2、t=25℃条件下,MBC对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率为99.24%,CO 2-3影响最大。密度泛函理论(DFT)计算显示含氧官能团增强了生物炭的吸附能力。吸附动力学和热力学分析表明,MBC的吸附行为符合准二级动力学方程,为自发吸热过程,且吸附等温线与Freundlich模型相符。MBC具有高饱和磁化强度(16.6 A/m),易于分离,且在5次重复使用后仍保持72.72%的去除率,为去除水体中的Cr(Ⅵ)提供了新思路。Hexavalent chromium Cr(Ⅵ)is a toxic heavy metal in industrial wastewater,posing a serious threat to the environment and human health.This study utilized jujube branches and ferrous sulfate heptahydrate to prepare magnetic biochar composite material(MBC),which effectively removed hexavalent chromium Cr(Ⅵ)from water.The effects of pH,reaction time,and interfering ions on the Cr(Ⅵ)removal performance of MBC were studied using various characterization techniques.At pH=2 and 25℃,MBC achieved a removal rate of 99.24%for Cr(Ⅵ),with CO 2-3 having the greatest impact.DFT calculations show that oxygen-containing functional groups enhance the adsorption capacity of biochar.Adsorption kinetics and thermodynamic analysis indicate that the adsorption behavior of MBC follows a quasi second order kinetic equation,is a spontaneous endothermic process,and the adsorption isotherm is consistent with the Freundlich model.MBC has high saturation magnetization(16.6 A/m),is easy to separate,and maintains a removal rate of 72.72%after 5 repeated uses,providing a new approach for the removal of Cr(Ⅵ)in water.
