摘 要:以石墨粉(GP)为原料,通过硫酸和磷酸混酸、高锰酸钾氧化制得氧化石墨烯(GO),再通过对肼基苯磺酸还原制得水溶性石墨烯(SG)。采用FTIR、XRD、TEM、XPS对GO、SG进行结构表征,结果表明GO具有丰富的含氧官能团及一定的层状结构;SG具有非晶体及薄膜层状结构,且含有磺酸基团。分散性能研究表明,SG中苯磺酸基团的空间位阻和静电作用使其具有良好的水溶性,在水溶液中最大分散质量浓度为12.66 mg/mL;酸碱稳定性研究表明,pH=2~12,SG可保持良好的稳定性。优异的分散性和酸碱稳定性对扩展石墨烯的应用领域具有重要作用。Graphene oxide(GO)was prepared by oxidation of graphite powder(GP)with mixed acid of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid,and then potassium permanganate.Soluble graphene(SG)was obtained by reducing GO with hydrazine sulfonic acid.The structure of GO was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),transmission electron microscopy(TEM).It was found that GO contained abundant oxygen-containing functional groups and had a certain layered structure,while SG had amorphous structure with a film-like layered structure and contained sulfonic acid groups.The dispersion study showed that the steric hindrance and electrostatic effect of the benzenesulfonic acid groups in SG gave it good water solubility,with a maximum dispersion concentration of 12.66 mg/mL;the acid-base stability study showed that SG could maintain good stability in the pH range of 2~12.The excellent dispersion and acid-base could be important for expanding the application fields of graphene.
