摘  要:介绍电液执行器电位计反馈防干扰的技术原理和实现方法,阐述电位计反馈的基本原理和应用场景,分析电位计反馈中可能出现的干扰问题,并提出相应的解决方案,通过试验验证所提解决方案的有效性。电液执行器电位计反馈防干扰技术有效解决了工业现场复杂电磁环境下的信号稳定性问题,还为高精度液压控制系统的可靠性设计提供了创新方法。The technical principle and implementation method of potentiometer feedback anti-interference of electro-hydraulic actuator are introduced,the basic principle and application scenarios of potentiometer feedback are introduced,and the possible interference problems in the potentiometer feedback are analyzed and corresponding solutions are proposed.The effectiveness of the proposed solution is verified by experiments.Anti-interference technology for potentiometer feedback in hydraulic actuators effectively addresses signal stability issues in complex electromagnetic environments encountered in industrial settings,and an innovative methodology for reliability design in high-precision hydraulic control systems is also introduced.
