摘 要:针对某艇垫升风机轴承高温故障问题进行研究和分析,根据故障现象和分析梳理轴承高温故障树模型,对引起故障问题的全部底事件逐一排查和分析,确定密封导致高温气体无法及时排出是轴承高温故障的主要原因。采取轴承端盖补打排气孔的方式排除了垫升风机轴承高温故障,彻底解决了该型垫升风机轴承高温故障问题。Based on the research and analysis of the bearing high temperature fault problem of a boat cushion lift fan,the bearing high temperature fault tree model is sorted out according to the fault phenomenon and analysis,and all the bottom events causing the fault are investigated and analyzed one by one,and it is determined that the main reason for the bearing high temperature fault is that the high temperature gas could not be discharged in time due to sealing.The high temperature fault of pad lift fan bearing is eliminated by the way of filling the exhaust hole with the bearing end cover,and the problem of high temperature fault of the pad lift fan bearing is completely solved.
