摘　　要：介绍某船柴油机主控安保单元电路原理和各元器件功能,针对某船主控单元和安保电源发生的故障现象进行原因排查,开展故障原因和故障影响分析。分析发现,故障是由主机主控安保箱电路板发生瞬态电压抑制器(TVS)击穿引发的。进一步分析故障对柴油机的影响,根据故障原因提出对应的解决措施,开展单故障模式分析,验证解决措施的有效性。此次故障分析和解决为主控安保单元的设计提供了启示。The circuit principle and the function of each component of the main control and security unit of a ship diesel engine are introduced,the causes of the failure of the main control unit and security power supply of a ship are investigated,and the causes and effects of the failure are analyzed.Through analysis,the fault is caused by transient voltage suppressors(TVS)breakdown of the main control security box circuit board,and the impact of the fault on the diesel engine is analyzed.Corresponding solutions are proposed based on the cause of the malfunction,and a single failure mode analysis is conducted to verify the effectiveness of the solutions.Through this fault analysis and resolution,inspiration is provided for the design of the main control security unit.
