摘　　要：灵活就业日益成为我国劳动力市场的重要组成部分,与此同时,这一群体的心理健康风险也日益加剧。文章基于2016—2020年的中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS),运用多期双重差分(DID)模型、倾向评分匹配法(PSM)、异质性分析和中介效应检验,研究城乡居民医保整合政策对灵活就业人员心理健康的影响。结果发现,医保整合政策显著提升了灵活就业人员的心理健康水平,尤其是对年轻、农村户籍及西部地区的个体,同时健康支出压力在政策影响中扮演了中介角色。研究结论对深化城乡居民医保整合改革进程,持续扩大城乡居民医保对灵活就业人员的覆盖范围,加强对不同特征灵活就业人群心理健康差异的关注等具有一定现实意义。Flexible employment is becoming an increasingly important component of China’s labor market.At the same time,mental health challenges faced by this group are also aggravating.Based on the China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)data from 2016 to 2020,this study employs the multi-period Difference-in-Differences(DID)model,Propensity Score Matching(PSM),heterogeneity analysis,and mediation effect test to study the impact of the integration of urban and rural resident medical insurance policies on the mental health of flexible employees.The results revealed that the insurance integration policy significantly improved the mental health status of flexible employees,particularly among the young,rural household registrants and those in western regions.Health expenditure pressure played a mediating role in the impact of the policy.The findings of the study hold practical significance for deepening the reform process of integrating urban and rural resident medical insurance,continuously expanding the coverage of medical insurance to flexible employees,and raising the awareness of the variation in mental health among flexible employees with different characteristics.
