摘 要:试验旨在研究绿原酸和黄芩苷组合物(CAB)对AA肉鸡生长性能、肠道健康和免疫功能的影响。将320只1日龄健康的爱拔益佳(AA)肉公雏随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组肉鸡饲喂基础日粮,3个试验组肉鸡分别饲喂基础日粮+250、500、1 000 mg/kg的CAB。试验期42 d,试验鸡采用网上平养,自由饮水和采食。结果显示:与对照组相比,日粮中添加500 mg/kgCAB可显著提高21、42日龄平均体重(BW)(P<0.05),显著提高1~21 d和1~42 d肉鸡平均日增重(ADG)(P<0.05),显著降低1~21 d肉鸡料重比(F/G)(P<0.05)。日粮中添加500 mg/kg CAB显著提高了肉鸡脾脏指数(P<0.05),对胸腺指数和法氏囊指数无显著影响(P>0.05)。日粮中添加500 mg/kg CAB具有提高42日龄肉鸡空肠绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值(V/C)的趋势(P=0.063),但对肉鸡空肠的绒毛高度和隐窝深度无影响(P>0.05)。日粮中添加CAB对肉鸡空肠食糜蔗糖酶、麦芽糖酶活性和空肠黏膜分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)的水平无影响(P>0.05);但添加500 mg/kg CAB具有提高血清中溶菌酶活性的趋势(P=0.086)。综上所述,日粮中添加CAB可提高肉鸡生长性能,促进免疫器官发育,对机体肠道健康和免疫机能具有改善作用。在本试验条件下,CAB最佳推荐剂量为500 mg/kg。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary supplementary the composition of chlorogenic ccid and baicalin on the growth performance,intestinal health and immune function in broiler chickens.Three hundred and twenty one-day-old healthy AA broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups,8 replicates in each group and 10 broilers in each repetition,the birds in the control group were fed with the basic diet,and the birds in the other groups were fed with the basic diet supplemented with 250,500 and 1000 mg/kg CAB respectively.The animal trial lasted for 42 days,and the birds were free to drink water and feed.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average body weight of broilers at 21 and 42 days of age were increased sig-nificantly(P<0.05),the average daily weight gain(ADG)of broiler chickens at 1-21 and 1-42 days was increased significantly(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio(F/G)of broiler chickens at 1-21 days was reduced significantly(P<0.05)with adding 500 mg/kg CAB to the diet.dietary supplementary 500 mg/kg CAB elevated the spleen index of broilers(P<0.05),how-ever the thymus index and Bursa index were not significantly affected(P>0.05).The ratio of jejunal villus height to crypt depth(V/C)of broilers on day 42 tended to be increased(P=0.063)with the addition of 500 mg/kg CAB(P<0.05).The activity of sucrase,maltase and sIgA in jejunum of broilers were not affected by CAB(P>0.05),the contents of IgG,IgA and IgM in serum of broilers on day 42 were also not affected by CAB(P>0.05).Additionally,compared with the control group,dieatry supplementary 500 mg/kg CAB tended to raise the activity of lysozyme in serum(P=0.086).In conclusion,dieatry supplementary CAB con-tributed to improving the growth performance of broilers and promoting the development of immune organs,dietary supplementary CAB was also able to improve the intestinal health and immune function of broilers.The optimal dosage of CAB was 500 mg/kg.
