摘 要:为丰富白羽肉鸡饲料原料数据库,指导高粱在家禽饲料中的添加利用,试验选用了10种高粱测定其在12~14日龄爱拔益加(Arbor Acres plus,AA)肉鸡中的表观代谢能(AME)和氮校正表观代谢能(AMEn),并结合高粱化学成分构建了高粱在小日龄肉鸡中代谢能的预测方程。试验选用528只9日龄AA肉鸡,共分为11个处理组,每组6个重复,每个重复8只鸡。用指示剂法和替代法测定高粱的AME为10.27~15.50 MJ/kg,AMEn为9.94~15.16 MJ/kg。构建的高粱化学成分与表观代谢能预测方程的最佳预测方程为AME=10.604-2.434×单宁-0.397×植酸+1.094×ADF-0.332×NDF-0.312×NFE+0.378×DM(R^(2)=0.950,P<0.05)和AME=-12.064+0.313×DM-2.362×单宁(R^(2)=0.844,P<0.05)。利用相关文章研究数据对预测方程进行验证后,发现试验构建的预测方程具有一定的准确性,可以用于利用高粱的化学成分预测其在小日龄肉鸡中的代谢能值。To enrich the broiler feed database and offer guidance the addition and utilization of sorghum in poultry nutrition,this study selected 10 sorghums to evaluate the apparent metabolizable energy(AME)and nitrogen corrected apparent metabolizable energy(AMEn)in 12-14 day old Arbor Acres(AA)broilers.Pre-dictive equation was constructed for the AME of sorghum in broilers combining with the chemical composi-tion of sorghum.528 AA broilers in 9 days old were selected for the experiment and divided into 11 treatment groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 8 chickens in each replicate.The AME of sorghum determined by indicator method and substitution method was 10.27-15.50 MJ/kg,and the AMEn is 9.94-15.16 MJ/kg.The optimal predictive equations for the chemical composition and the AME of sorghum constructed were AME=10.604-2.434×tannin-0.397×phytic acid+1.094×ADF-0.332×NDF-0.312×NFE+0.378×DM(R^(2)=0.950,P<0.01)and AME=0.313×DM-12.064-2.362×tannin(R^(2)=0.844,P<0.01).After verifying the predic-tive equation using relevant research data,it was found that the predictive equation constructed in this experiment had a certain accuracy and can be used to predict the AME of sorghum in broilers based on its chemical composition.
