复方中草药添加剂在黄金鲫日粮中适宜添加量的研究

摘　　要：为探讨复方中草药在黄金鲫日粮中的适宜添加量,试验选取10 g左右的300尾黄金鲫鱼为研究对象,随机分为5组,每组60尾鱼,每组设3个重复。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加浓度为0.6%(Ⅰ组)、1.2%(Ⅱ组)、1.8%(Ⅲ组)和2.4%(Ⅳ组)的复方中草药,饲喂42 d。测定各组鱼的生长指标,肌肉营养成分以及脏体指数。结果表明:添加0.6%浓度的复方中草药可以显著提高黄金鲫鱼的增重率、特定生长率、蛋白质含量、脏体指数(P<0.05),添加1.2%浓度时,可以显著降低饲料系数,增加肥满度以及脏体指数(P<0.05)。通过回归分析得出,添加1.35%浓度时,增重率和特定生长率达到最高值。综上得出,本复方中草药添加剂在黄金鲫鱼日粮中最适添加量为0.60%~1.35%。In order to investigate the appropriate addition amount of compound Chinese herbal medicine in the diet of golden crucian carp,300 golden crucian carp larvae with similar body weights(about 10 g per fish),were selected as the study subjects and ran-domly divided into 5 groups of 60 fish each,with three replicates in each group.The fishes in the control group were fed with the basal diet,and the fishes in the experiment groups were provided with the basal diet adding 0.6%(Ⅰ),1.2%(Ⅱ),1.8%(Ⅲ)and 2.4%(Ⅳ)of compound Chinese herbal medicine,respectively.The whole experiment lasted for 42 days.The growth index,muscle nutrient composition and viscera index of fish in each group were measured.The results showed that adding 0.6%(Ⅰ)concentration of compound Chinese herbal medicine could significantly improve the weight gain rate,spe-cific growth rate,protein content and viscera index of golden crucian carp(P<0.05).Moreover,adding 1.2%(Ⅱ)concentration of compound Chinese herbal medicine could significantly reduce the feed coefficient,increase the condition factor and viscera index(P<0.05).Through the analysis of regression,adding 1.35%concentration of medicine showed the highest values of the weight gain rate and specific growth rate.In con-clusion,the optimal additive dosage of compound Chinese herbal medicine additives in the diet of golden crucian carp is between 0.6%and 1.35%.
