摘 要:为了优化复方止痢合剂的最佳配比和提取工艺,在筛选最佳提取溶剂后,通过检测合剂中有效成分石榴皮多酚、仙鹤草黄酮与绞股蓝皂苷进行正交试验,优化复方配比,通过响应面试验优化其提取工艺。结果显示50%乙醇溶剂对复方提取有效成分含量最高,石榴皮、仙鹤草和绞股蓝的最佳配比为5∶1∶2。最佳提取工艺为:超声温度47.26℃,料液比1∶36.89,超声功率364 W,超声时间79.26 min,在此条件下,提取液的DPPH自由基清除率达到52.09%,比优化前提高了39.17%。工艺优化后的止痢合剂具有较高的抗氧化能力,为止痢合剂的实际生产提供科学依据。In order to optimize the optimal ratio and extraction process of the compound dysentery combina-tion,after screening the optimal extraction solvent,orthogonal experiments were carried out to optimize the ratio of the compound by detecting the active ingredients of pomegranate peel polyphenols,agrimony flavo-noids and gynostemma saponins in the combination,and the extraction process was optimized by response surface experiment.The results showed that 50%ethanol solvent extracted the compound with the highest content of active ingredients,and the optimal ration of pomegranate peel,agrimony and gynostemma pen-taphyllum was 5∶1∶2.The optimal extraction process was as follows:ultrasonication temperature of 47.26℃,material-liquid ratio of 1∶36.89,ultrasonication power of 364 W,and ultrasonication time of 79.26 min,in which the DPPH radical scavenging rate of extract reached 52.09%,which was 39.17%higher than that before the optimization.The optimized antidysenteric compositions have high antioxidant capacity,which can provide a scientific basis for the practical production of antidysenteric compositions.
