摘 要:为探究乳酸菌添加剂对全株玉米(Zea mays L.)青贮品质的影响,对已发表的文献进行Meta分析。在数据库检索全株玉米青贮中添加乳酸菌的随机对照试验,按照筛选标准共纳入30篇文献并收集数据进行Meta分析。结果表明,乳酸菌可显著提高青贮乳酸(LA)、乙酸(AA)、干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)的含量、青贮干物质回收率(DMR)和有氧稳定性(P<0.05),并显著降低青贮pH、氨态氮(NH_(3)-N)和水溶性碳水化合物(WSC)的含量(P<0.05)。亚组分析结果显示,添加单一乳酸菌、单一异型发酵乳酸菌显著提高青贮DMR、LA、AA和CP的含量(P<0.05),显著降低青贮pH、NH_(3)-N和WSC含量(P<0.05);此外,添加5.0×10^(5) CFU/g乳酸菌可显著提高LA和AA含量(P<0.05),并显著降低pH、WSC、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量(P<0.05);发酵60 d可显著提高青贮的DMR、LA、AA和CP的含量(P<0.05),显著降低青贮pH及NH_(3)-N、WSC、NDF、ADF含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,乳酸菌可有效提高全株玉米青贮的品质,其中添加单一乳酸菌的效果较好,且异型发酵乳酸菌的效果优于同型发酵乳酸菌,最佳添加量为5.0×10^(5) CFU/g,最佳发酵时间为60 d。To investigate the effect of lactic acid bacteria additives on the fermentation quality and nutrient content of whole corn(Zea mays L.)silage,this study conducted a Meta-analysis of published literatures.Randomized controlled trials of lactic acid bacteria addition to whole corn silage were searched in the data-base,according to the screening criteria,a total of 30 articles were included and data was collected for Meta-analysis.The results showed that lactic acid bacteria significantly increased the content of lactic acid(LA),acetic acid(AA),dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),dry matter recovery rate(DMR),and aerobic stability of silage(P<0.05),and significantly reduced the pH,ammonia nitrogen(NH_(3)-N),and water-soluble carbo-hydrate(WSC)content of silage(P<0.05).The sub group analysis results showed that the addition of single lactic acid bacteria and single heterotrophic fermentation lactic acid bacteria significantly increased the con-tent of DMR,LA,AA,and CP in silage(P<0.05),while significantly reduced the pH,NH_(3)-N,and WSC content of silage(P<0.05).In addition,the addition of 5.0×10^(5) CFU/g significantly increased the content of LA and AA(P<0.05),and signifi-cantly reduced pH,WSC,neutral detergent fiber(NDF),and acidic detergent fiber(ADF)content(P<0.05).Fermentation for 60 days can signifi-cantly increase the DMR,LA,AA,and CP content of silage(P<0.05),while significantly reduced the pH,NH_(3)-N,WSC,NDF,and ADF content of silage(P<0.05).In summary,lactic acid bacteria could effectively improve the quality of whole corn silage,among which addition of a single lactic acid bacteria had a better effect,and heteromorphic fermentation lactic acid bacteria were superior to homomorphic fermentation lactic acid bacteria.The optimal dosage was 5.0×10^(5) CFU/g and the optimal fermentation time was 60 days.
