摘  要:我国水稻产量居世界第一,每年的水稻秸秆产量丰富。随着科学技术的进步,作为农业废弃物的水稻秸秆逐渐得到综合利用,缓解了利用不当造成的资源浪费和空气污染,其中水稻秸秆的饲料化利用受到广泛关注。将水稻秸秆进行处理可以有效提高水稻秸秆作为粗饲料的使用量和动物的消化率,改善动物生产性能。青贮、氨化等技术为水稻秸秆饲料化的有效途径,稻秸的饲料化同时也能够缓解我国饲料资源短缺的现状,有利于畜牧业的发展。文章从水稻秸秆的饲料化利用方面进行综述,以期为农户和企业对水稻秸秆的科学利用提供参考。The output of rice in our country ranks first in the world,so the output of rice straw is rich every year.With the progress of science and technology,rice straw as agricultural waste has been gradually com-prehensive utilization,which relieves the waste of resources and air pollution caused by improper use.The feed utilization of rice straw has been widely concerned.In order to improve the utilization rate of rice straw and enrich feed resources,different treatments of rice straw can effectively increase the amount of rice straw used as roughage and its digestibility of animals,and improve animal performance.The technologies of silage and ammonification are all effective ways to convert rice straw into feedstuff.The feedstuff conversion of rice straw can alleviate the current situation of feed shortage in our country and is beneficial to the devel-opment of animal husbandry.The article provides a review on the feed utilization of rice straw,aiming to pro-vide reference for farmers and enterprises in the scientific utilization of rice straw.
