摘 要:目的:探究延胡索提取液在大孔吸附树脂上的动力学过程,考察其吸附规律,并利用适当的吸附模型对吸附过程进行模拟。方法:以脱氢紫堇碱为测定指标,采用Langmuir等温吸附模型,通过固定床吸附试验,利用综合速率模型模拟吸附动力学过程。结果:当温度为298~308 K时,Langmuir等温吸附模型能较好地描述延胡索提取液在大孔吸附树脂上的等温吸附过程。通过最小二乘法搜索穿透曲线与模拟值之间均方误差(MSE)的最小值,进行拟合,综合速率模型能较好地模拟延胡索提取液的固定床吸附过程。结论:通过对延胡索提取液在大孔吸附树脂上的穿透曲线研究,推测了吸附传质系数,为生产、分离纯化延胡索提取液提供参考。Objective:To investigate the kinetics of Corydalis Rhizoma extract passing through macroporous adsorbent resin,analyze the adsorption pattern,and select a suitable model for simulating the adsorption process.Methods:The kinetics of the adsorption process was simulated by the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model with dehydrocorydaline as the measurement index.A fixed-bed adsorption test was carried out and the integrated rate model was used to simulate the adsorption kinetics.Results:The Langmuir model effectively simulated the isothermal adsorption process of Corydalis Rhizoma extract in macroporous adsorbent resin at 298-308 K.The integrated rate model accurately simulated the fixed-bed adsorption process of the extract by minimizing the mean square error(MSE)between the penetration curve and the simulated value by the least squares fitting method.Conclusion:The penetration curve analysis of Corydalis Rhizoma extract passing through the macroporous adsorbent resin column helps to infer the mass transfer coefficient in adsorption,providing a basis for the production,separation,and purification of Corydalis Rhizoma extract.
