摘　　要：目的:建立超高效液相法(UHPLC)同时测定小儿感冒颗粒中告伊春、紫丁香苷、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、咖啡酸、对羟基苯乙酮、异牡荆苷、连翘苷、蒙花苷9个成分的含量。方法:采用UHPLC同时测定小儿感冒颗粒中9个成分的含量。采用Agilent C_(18)色谱柱(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为0.2 mL·min^(-1),柱温为27℃,检测波长为220 nm;外标法测定其含量。结果:9个成分在对应质量浓度范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999),平均加样回收率为96.8%~99.0%,RSD为0.59%~1.34%。结论:该方法高效准确、合理科学,可实现对小儿感冒颗粒的质量评价。Objective:To establish an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UHPLC)method for simultaneous content determination of gortrin,syringin,chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,p-hydroxyacetophenone,isovitexin,phillyrin and linarin in Xiaoʹer Ganmao Granules.Methods:UHPLC was adopted to simultaneously determine the content of the nine components in Xiaoʹer Ganmao Granules.By employing Agilent C_(18)(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm)as the chromatographic column and acetonitrile-water containing 0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution as the mobile phase,gradient elution set as utilized with the flow rate of 0.2 mL·min^(-1).Meanwhile,the column temperature was 27℃ and the detection wavelength was 220 nm,The quantification was achieved by external standard calibration.Results:Nine components showed sound linear relationships within their ranges(r>0.999),with an average recovery of 96.8%-99.0%with RSD of 0.59%-1.34%.Conclusion:The method is efficient,accurate,reasonable and scientific,and can be adopted to evaluate the quality of Xiao'er Ganmao Granules.
