摘 要:矿物药是中医药宝库中的重要组成部分,应用历史悠久。随着科学技术的发展及学科交叉融合,X射线技术已经逐渐应用到矿物药研究中,为矿物药的基原(矿种)鉴定、成分(物相)分析和质量控制提供了技术支撑。综述了X射线技术在矿物药研究中的应用进展,探讨其在该领域的应用潜力及面临的挑战。X射线衍射分析技术能够有效地对矿物药进行晶体结构分析和鉴定,用于矿物药的质量控制;X射线荧光光谱分析技术在元素分析方面显示出独特的优势,能够快速准确地测定矿物药中元素的含量;同时,X射线技术与机器学习算法的结合为复杂数据的解析和矿物药的分类提供了新的视角。X射线技术在矿物药研究中的应用前景广阔。Mineral Chinese medicine,as an integral component of the treasure trove of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),has a long-standing history of application.With the advancement of science and technology,as well as the interdisciplinary integration of scientific research,X-ray technology has been increasingly applied to the study of mineral Chinese medicine.This application has provided technical support for the origin(type)identification of mineral Chinese medicine,component(phase)analysis,and quality control of mineral Chinese medicine.This paper introduced the progress in the application of X-ray technology in mineral Chinese medicine research,discusses its application potential and challenges within this field,and summarized the current application state of X-ray technology in mineral Chinese medicine research.X-ray diffraction(XRD)technology can effectively analyze and identify the crystal structure of mineral Chinese medicine and is used for quality control of mineral Chinese medicine.X-ray fluorescence(XRF)technology demonstrates its unique advantages in elemental analysis,rapidly and accurately determining the elemental content in mineral Chinese medicine.Furthermore,the integration of X-ray technology with machine learning algorithms offers a new perspective for the analysis of complex data and the classification of mineral Chinese medicine.The application prospects for X-ray technology in mineral Chinese medicine research are broad.
