摘  要:作为开发深远海风资源的较好方案,漂浮式海上风电技术已成为全球海上风电领域的重要发展方向,我国由于漂浮式海上风电技术起步较晚,某些领域与国际先进技术仍有较大差距,例如叶片、轴承、变压器、系泊系统以及工业软件等面临“卡脖子”问题。本文从国内漂浮式海上风电的发展现状及趋势出发,分析我国漂浮式海上风电面临的核心技术短板、创新技术难点、国产化障碍与成本挑战。最后,在核心技术攻关、推动国产化能力及推进降本增效方面,结合实际给出相关建议。As a better programme to develop deep sea wind resources,floating offshore wind power technology has become an important development direction in the field of global offshore wind power,China's floating offshore wind power technology started late,there is still a large gap between certain areas and the international advanced technology,such as blades,bearings,transformers,mooring systems,and industrial software,etc.,facing the neck problem.The problem of necklace is faced by some fields,such as blade,bearing,transformer,mooring system and industrial software.Starting from the current situation and trend of the development of domestic floating offshore wind power,we analyse the core technology shortcomings,innovative technology difficulties,localization obstacles and cost challenges faced by China's floating offshore wind power.Finally,in the core technology research,promote the localisation ability and promote cost reduction and efficiency,combined with the practical aspects of the relevant recommendations.
