摘  要:动态管缆作为漂浮式平台能源输送的重要结构,两者间的接口设计需要重点关注。本文以四立柱半潜式漂浮式风电平台的动态管缆接口设计为例,论述了漂浮式平台和动态管缆的接口设计方案,并且对各方案性能进行数值仿真分析比选。结果表明:动态管缆和漂浮式平台的接口设计需综合考虑海洋环境条件、海缆路由、平台结构和系泊型式,应本着“不干涉、不碰撞、易施工”的原则进行设计,需确保密封焊接、结构强度,避免发生结构失效、干涉碰撞和开裂漏水风险。总结梳理出的设计流程,可以为漂浮式平台动态管缆接口设计分析提供技术支撑。Dynamic cables play a crucial role in energy transmission on floating platforms,and special attention is required for the interface design among platforms.In this paper,as an example,the design schemes for dynamic cable interfaces on a four-column semi-submersible floating wind power platform was discussed,elaborating on the conducting numerical simulation analysis to compare and select various scheme performances.The results indicate that key factors should be taken into consideration in the interface design between dynamic cables and floating platforms,such as marine environmental conditions,seabed cable routing,platform structure,and mooring types.The design should adhere to principles of non-interference,non-collision,ease of construction,sealed welding,structural strength while avoiding risks of structural failure,interference and collision,as well as cracking and water leakage.The summarized design process provides technical support for designing and analyzing dynamic cable interfaces on floating platforms.
