摘 要:针对火力发电机组深度调峰工况下经济性与可靠性失衡问题,本文以某660MW超超临界机组为研究对象,基于实际调峰运行数据,采用反平衡法计算锅炉热效率、汽轮机效率及厂用电率,建立煤耗与调峰成本动态模型。研究表明,机组在20%~30%深度调峰负荷下同比高出设计煤耗25%左右,运用实验测试与案例分析,提出优化燃烧配风、维持蒸汽参数及动态匹配补偿策略等方式缓解深度调峰经济性损失。Aiming at the imbalance between economy and reliability under deep peaking conditions of thermal power generating units,a 660MW ultra-supercritical unit is taken as the research object,and based on the actual peaking operation data,the inverse equilibrium method is used to calculate the thermal efficiency of boiler,efficiency of steam turbine,and the plant power rate,so as to establish a dynamic model of coal consumption and peaking cost.The study shows that the unit's coal consumption is about 25%higher than the design coal consumption under 20%~30%deep peaking load.Using experimental tests and case studies,the unit proposes to optimise the combustion air distribution,maintain the steam parameters and dynamically match the compensation strategy to alleviate the loss of economic performance of deep peaking.
