摘  要:喷射式热泵作为一种可利用低品位热源驱动系统循环的热泵系统,具有高效、节能和环保等优点。为探究环保制冷剂R290在喷射式热泵系统中的应用效果,建立了基于R290的喷射式热泵系统的热力学仿真模型,通过改变系统冷凝、蒸发和发生温度,研究了系统在变工况条件下的运行特性,分析了系统制冷/热量、喷射器引射比、制冷系数COP和制热系数COP_(h)的变化规律。结果表明:当冷凝温度从30℃升高至50℃时,COP从1.44升高至2.05,COP_(h)从4.04升高至6.24,当冷凝温度为50℃时,系统制热量最大为2.2 k W,而制冷量最小为0.66 kW;当蒸发温度从0℃升高至10℃时,COP从0.94增大至2.15,COP_(h)从4.19升高至5.51,喷射比从0.46增至0.68,制热量最大为2.16 kW;当发生温度从65℃升至75℃时,系统COP_(h)不断升高至4.91,系统制热量最大为2.17 k W,而当发生温度为设计值70℃时,系统COP达到最大值1.67。因此,当发生温度恒定时,系统制热能力随冷凝和蒸发温度的升高而提升,表明环保制冷剂和喷射式热泵系统的结合具有良好的应用前景。Heat pump system is capable of making use of low-grade heat source to drive the system circulation.The jet heat pump has the advantages of high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection.In order to explore the application effect of the environment friendly refrigerant R290 in the jet heat pump system,a thermodynamic simulation model of for the jet heat pump system based on R290 was established,and the operating characteristics under variable working conditions were studied by changing the condensation,evaporation and generation temperature,and the variation pattern of refrigeration/heat,ejector emission ratio,refrigeration coefficient COP and heating coefficient COPh of the system was analyzed.The results show that when the condensation temperature rises from 30℃ to 50℃,COP rises from 1.44 to 2.05 and COPh rises from 4.04 to 6.24.When the condensing temperature is 50°C,the maximum heating capacity of the system is 2.2kW,and the minimum cooling capacity is 0.66kW,and when the evaporation temperature is increased from 0℃ to 10℃,the COP increases from 0.94 to 2.15,the COPh increases from 4.19 to 5.51,the injection ratio increases from 0.46 to 0.68,and the maximum heating capacity is 2.16kW,and when the temperature rises from 65℃ to 75℃,the system COPh increases to 4.91,and the maximum system heating capacity is 2.17kW,and when the temperature is 70℃,the maximum COP of the system reaches 1.67.Therefore,when the temperature is constant,the heating capacity of the system will be better as the condensation and evaporation temperatures increase.The combination of environment friendly refrigerant and jet heat pump system has a good application prospect.
