摘  要:分布式储能和电动汽车充换电设施的规模化接入,对电网规划、运行监视和调度控制等造成一定影响。提出一种适用于规模化分布式储能的集群划分方法,并将电动汽车及充换电设施作为储能的一种形式。采取基于功率节点电压灵敏度的电气距离模块度指标,对常规K-means算法进行改进优化,设计节点指数法、肘部法则来优化初始聚类中心选择和集群数的确定。以IEEE 33系统算例进行算法验证,结果表明所提集群划分方法具有较强的电气耦合性、准确性及运算效率。The large-scale access of distributed energy storage and electric vehicle charging and changing facilities has a certain impact on power grid planning,operation monitoring and scheduling control.A cluster division method suitable for large-scale distributed energy storage is proposed,and electric vehicles and charging and changing facilities are taken as a form of energy storage.The modular degree index of electrical distance based on voltage sensitivity of power nodes is adopted to improve the regular K-means algorithm.Node index method and elbow rule are designed to optimize the selection of initial cluster center and the determination of cluster number.The algorithm is verified by an example of IEEE 33 system.The results show that the proposed cluster division method has strong electrical coupling,accuracy and operation efficiency.
