摘 要:针对低压成套柜传统的正送电流法温升试验过程中回路电流调节难的问题,探索了一种基于逆送电流法的低压成套柜温升试验方法。采用多个稳流源从每个分支回路输入,通过稳流源设置回路的电流值,将成套开关设备的末端短接,通过汇流排和主开关汇总输出。稳流源可以在温升过程中自动调节,保证电流稳定,实现电流的精准调控。试验结果表明,稳流源装置的电流精度优于1.5%,温升试验中各相温升偏差小,检测方法电流精度高,调节速度快,稳定性强,满足低压成套设备温升试验要求,有助于提高低压成套柜温升试验检测质量与效率。Aiming at the difficulty of adjusting the loop current during the traditional forward current method temperature rise test of low-voltage complete cabinets,a low-voltage complete set of cabinet temperature rise test method based on reverse current method is explored.The method adopts multiple stabilizing sources to input from each branch circuit,sets the current value of the circuit through the stabilizing sources,short-circuits the ends of the complete switchgear,and summarizes the output through the busbar and the main switch.The steady current source can automatically adjust during the temperature rise process to ensure the current stability and achieve precise current regulation.The test results show that the current accuracy of the reverse power supply device is better than 1.5%.The temperature rise deviation of each phase is small in the temperature rise test.This test method has high current accuracy,fast adjustment speed and strong stability,which meets the requirements of the temperature rise test of low-voltage complete sets of equipment and helps to improve the quality and efficiency of the temperature rise test of low-voltage complete sets of cabinets.
