摘 要:以某铸造企业为例,为提升各事业部能耗精细化核算、产品能源成本控制等能力,设计一套完善的能源管理系统。该系统通过模块化、智能化的方式执行现场数据采集、传输、存储及提取等任务,结合生产产量的输入,细化各生产区域、生产线及设备的能耗统计与分析,帮助企业实现用能状态的精细化、实时化、全面化管理,有效提高企业用能效率、减少用能成本。Taking a foundry enterprise as an example,a set of perfect energy management system is designed to improve the energy consumption fine accounting and the product energy cost control of each division.The tasks of on-site data acquisition,transmission,storage and extraction are performed in a modular and intelligent way.Combined with the input of production output,the system can refine the energy consumption statistics and analysis of each production area,production line and equipment.It can help enterprises realize the refined,real-time and comprehensive management of energy consumption status,and effectively improve the energy efficiency of enterprises and reduce the energy cost.
