有机氟工业中氟氯混合废气处理措施探讨

摘　　要：探讨了氟氯废气处理的重要性及其多种有效的处理措施,其中的氟氯废气指氟化氢、氯化氢、氯气等有毒废气。氟氯废气作为一种具有强烈刺激性和毒性的气体,若未经妥善处理直接排放,会对环境和人体健康造成严重危害,其中氯化氢、氟化氢的工业废气处理已经非常成熟,采用水碱洗处理可以达到排放标准,工业常用二级碱洗处理氯气,但因处理不彻底,经常造成二次污染。总结了以往的氯气处理方式,通过对常见处理方法进行分析,并结合以往经验,为相关工业生产中氟氯混合废气处理提供参考。Explored the importance of treating fluorine and chlorine waste gas and various effective treatment measures.Among them,the fluorine and chlorine waste gas refers to the toxic waste gas such as hydrogen fluoride,hydrogen chloride,chlorine,etc.,will cause serious harm to the environment and human health.Among them,the treatment of hydrogen chloride and hydrogen fluoride industrial waste gas has been very mature,the use of water alkali washing treatment can meet the emission standards.The two-stage alkaline washing method is commonly used in the industrial treatment of chlorine gas,which often causes secondary pollution due to incomplete treatment.Summarizes the past chlorine treatment methods,through the analysis of common treatment methods,and combined with past experience,for the relevant industrial production of cfcs mixed waste gas treatment for reference.
