摘 要:本研究以中国工商银行为例,探讨了中国国有企业志愿服务发展的实践与探索,主要分析了其志愿服务的发展历程、现状、品牌建设及未来发展方向。其中,重点介绍了中国工商银行聚焦民生关切、因地制宜培育特色及深耕金融专业所长的志愿服务品牌塑造内容,如“工银光明行·童心港湾”“工行·小青星驿站”及“未来金融家”等案例。此外,本研究通过中国工商银行志愿服务的发展情况,总结了当前中国国有企业在志愿服务领域所面临的共性挑战,主要体现在志愿服务理念的普及程度、志愿服务组织的动员能力、志愿服务的保障机制建设,以及志愿服务的专业化水平提升等方面。最后,针对这些挑战,提出了相应的发展建议。Taking the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China(ICBC)as an example,this paper explores the practices and explorations of the development of voluntary service in Chinese state-owned enterprises.It mainly analyzes the development process,current status,brand building,and future development directions of voluntary service at ICBC.The paper focuses on the shaping of voluntary service brands by ICBC,which are characterized by focusing on public concerns,adapting to local conditions to develop unique features,and leveraging its expertise in the financial sector.Examples include the“ICBC Brightness Journey·Children's Harbor,”“ICBC.Youth Star Station,”and“Future Financialist”programs.Moreover,based on the development of ICBC's voluntary service,the paper summarizes the common challenges currently faced by Chinese state-owned enterprises in the field of voluntary service.These challenges are mainly reflected in the popularization of voluntary service concepts,the mobilization capacity of voluntary service organizations,the construction of voluntary service support mechanisms,and the improvement of the professional level of voluntary service.Finally,the paper proposes corresponding development suggestions in response to these challenges.
