志愿服务如何促进无障碍旅游环境建设?--基于旅游体验视角

摘　　要：在推进中国式现代化进程和社会公平包容发展的新时代背景下,志愿服务成为促进无障碍旅游环境高质量建设的重要力量。本研究基于旅游体验理论,构建环境体验、互动体验、情感体验和认知体验四维分析框架,探讨志愿服务如何通过补充无障碍设施短板、优化服务资源,推动无障碍旅游环境从“物理可进入”向“全面可体验”转型。研究认为,志愿服务可以通过操作辅助与动态反馈、服务连接与社会支持、情感关怀与心理支持、信息传递与文化引导等逻辑,推动无障碍旅游环境建设。尽管志愿服务在实践中已经形成许多成功经验做法,但仍然面临资源分布不均、服务专业化水平不足、运行机制薄弱及社会认同度低等现实困境。为此,应当从完善资源配置体系、提升志愿者专业能力、健全运行机制、强化社会传播和推动服务与设施协同等方面入手,为志愿服务在无障碍旅游环境建设中发挥作用提供体系化指导,助力中国式现代化目标的实现。Under the new era background of promoting Chinese path to modernization and social fair and inclusive development,voluntary service has become an important force to promote the high-quality construction of barrier free tourism environment.This paper is based on the theory of tourism experience,and constructs a four-dimensional analysis framework of environmental experience:interactive experience,emotional experience,and cognitive experience.It explores how voluntary service can promote the transformation of accessible tourism environment from“physically accessible”to“fully experiential”by supplementing the shortcomings of accessible facilities and optimizing service resources.Research suggests that voluntary service can promote the construction of an accessible tourism environment through logic such as operational assistance and dynamic feedback,service connection and social support,emotional care and psychological support,information transmission and cultural guidance.Although voluntary service have formed many experiential practices in practice,it still face practical difficulties such as uneven distribution of resources,insufficient level of service specialization,weak operational mechanisms,and low social recognition.To this end,we should start with improving the resource allocation system,improving the professional ability of volunteers,improving the operating mechanism,strengthening social communication and promoting the coordination of services and facilities,so as to provide systematic guidance for voluntary service to play a role in the construction of barrier free tourism environment,and help to achieve the goal of Chinese path to modernization.
