摘　　要：进一步全面深化改革的重大原则形成并出场具有深层理据,是理论逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑的统一。这一重大原则是对“六个坚持”系统集成,回答了进一步全面深化改革的根本保证、根本立场、本质要求、鲜明特点、法治保障和科学方法,构成联系紧密、互促共进的理论整体。“六个坚持”重大原则作为习近平全面深化改革新思想新观点新论断的凝练概括,是对中国特色社会主义改革一系列原则的条理集成和创新发展,确立了新征程上进一步全面深化改革的重要遵循。The formulation and promulgation of the great principles of further deepening reform comprehensively has deep reasons,which is the unification of theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic.The major guiding principle is the systematic integration of“upholding the Party’s overall leadership,adhering to a people-centered approach,upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground,strengthening institutional building as our main task,staying committed to law-based governance on all fronts and applying systems thinking”,it answers the fundamental guarantee,fundamental stance,essential requirements,distinctive characteristics,legal guarantee and scientific method for further deepening the reform comprehensively,forming a theoretical whole that is closely connected and mutually promoting.As a concise summary of XI Jinping’s new thoughts,opinions and conclusions on deepening reform comprehensively,the major guiding principle is an important perspective to understand this major theoretical achievement,and is also a systematic integration and innovative development of a series of principles of socialist reform with Chinese characteristics,establishing an important compliance for deepening reform comprehensively on a new journey.
