摘　　要：作为引领新一轮科技革命与产业变革的颠覆性技术,新一代人工智能已然成为推动我国长江经济带经济高质量发展的核心驱动力量。基于2010-2019年长江经济带省域面板数据的实证分析表明,新一代人工智能显著地推动了长江经济带经济高质量发展,但这一影响作用因受地区AI承接能力的调节而存在区域异质性,具有高AI承接能力的地区能够更好地释放新一代人工智能所带来的技术红利。因此,为更好地发挥新一代人工智能对经济高质量发展的驱动作用,应大力推动新型基础设施建设、统筹规划人工智能产业链布局、打造开放高效的人工智能创新交流平台。As a disruptive technology leading the new wave of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,the new generation of artificial intelligence(AI)has become a core driving force for promoting the high-quality economic development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in China.An empirical analysis based on the panel data of provinces along the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2010 to 2019 shows that the new generation of AI has significantly promoted high-quality economic development in this region.However,this effect is moderated by regional AI undertaking capacity and has regional heterogeneity;areas with higher AI accommodating capacity are better able to harness the technological dividends brought by the new generation of AI.Therefore,to better leverage the driving role of the new generation of AI in high-quality economic development,it is essential to vigorously promote the construction of new infrastructure,comprehensively plan the layout of the AI industry chain,and establish an open and efficient AI innovation and exchange platform.
