摘　　要：【目的】查清小陇山沙坝国家落叶松云杉良种基地土壤动物多样性本底数据,为良种基地和国家云杉种质资源库土壤健康管理提供基础数据。【方法】在沙坝国家云杉落叶松云杉良种基地人工林、天然林设置固定样地,利用手捡法、陷阱法和网捕及灯诱调查了土栖、表栖和飞行昆虫类土壤动物多样性。【结果】在调查资料整理和动物样品鉴定的过程中,发现甘肃省新纪录种江苏纹吉丁。【结论】江苏纹吉丁是主要的林木害虫,查清土壤动物种属组成和数量变化,对合理开发利用土壤动物资源和有害生物防控,促进良种基地的高质量发展,保障国家云杉种质资源库安全具有重要意义。【Objective】The objective of this study is to ascertain the soil animal diversity background data in the Xiaolongshan Shaba National Larch and Spruce Breeding Base,with a view to providing basic data for the soil health management of the breeding base and the National Spruce Germplasm Resource Bank.【Method】Long-term monitoring sites were set up in both artificial and natural forests of the Shaba National Spruce Larch Spruce Breeding Base,and investigated the diversity of soil dwelling,ground dwelling and flying insect soil animals using hand-sorting,pitfall trapping,netting and light trapping method.【Result】During the process of organizing survey data and identifying animal samples,a new record species of(Coraebus kiangsuanus Obenberger,1934)was discovered in Gansu province.【Conclusion】C.kiangsuanus is a major forest pest.Clarifying the numbers of genus orspeciesand distribution pattern of soil animals is of great significance for the rational development and utilization of soil animal resources.It is of great significance to promote the high-quality development of high-quality breeding bases and ensure the safety of the national spruce germplasm resource bank.
