摘  要:【目的】为合理开发利用保护区内土壤资源、提高土壤生产力以及遏制土壤退化提供理论依据,本研究对黑龙江省新青白头鹤国家级自然保护区的七类土壤进行调查采样。【方法】以不同土壤类型的0~10 cm、10~20cm和20~30 cm土层为研究对象,分析保护区内不同土壤类型下各层土壤的pH、密度、有机质和盐分现状。【结果】保护区内土壤pH介于5.47~6.77之间。土壤密度从大到小依次为原始暗棕壤、草甸暗棕壤、典型暗棕壤、黑钙土、潜育暗棕壤、草甸土、沼泽土。土壤有机质含量从大到小依次为沼泽土、草甸土、草甸暗棕壤、黑钙土、潜育暗棕壤、原始暗棕壤和典型暗棕壤。保护区内土壤盐分含量很低。【结论】保护区内土壤呈弱酸性。保护区内土壤密度和土壤深度成正比关系,同层不同类土壤之间的密度无显著性差异(P> 0.05)。保护区0~10 cm层土壤比深层土壤的有机质含量更高,但同层之间有机质含量无显著性差异(P> 0.05)。保护区内土壤无盐碱化风险。【Objective】In order to provide a theoretical basis for the rational development and utilization of soil resources,improving soil productivity and curbing soil degradation in the protected area,this study investigated seven types of soil collected from Xinqing Hooded Crane National Nature Reserve in Heilongjiang province.【Method】Taking the 0-10 cm,10-20 cm,and 20-30 cm soil layers of different soil types as research objects,analyzed the pH,bulk density,organic matter,and salt status of each layer of soil under different soil types in the protected area.【Result】The soil pH in the protected area ranged from 5.47 to 6.77.The soil bulk density,in descending order,is as follows:primitive dark brown soil,meadow dark brown soil,typical dark brown soil,chernozem soil,latent dark brown soil,meadow soil,and swamp soil.The order of soil organic matter content from high to low is swamp soil,meadow soil,meadow dark brown soil,chernozem soil,latent dark brown soil,primitive dark brown soil,and typical dark brown soil.The soil salt content in the protected area is very low.【Conclusion】The soil within the protected area is weakly acidic.The soil bulk density within the protected area is directly proportional to the soil depth,and there is no significant difference in bulk density between different types of soil in the same layer(P>0.05).The organic matter content of the 0-10 cm soil layer in the protected area is higher than that of the deep soil layer,but there is no significant difference in organic matter content between the same layers(P>0.05).There is no risk of soil salinization in the reserve.
